![]() ![]() Later, I developed the FontLab Pad format, which is wildly popular among a wide range of users including systems by Brother, Cricut, Glowforge, Shaper Origin, and many more. There were a couple of very rudimentary fonts out there, but I was the first to offer true single-line ttf fonts (with no outlines), in conjunction with the opf font format. For years afterwards, I searched for a way to make these available to use with other craft cutters, engravers, and similar plotter type machines. I credit those ladies, including Christine, the original Pazzles founder, for spurring within me the passion that later became Single Line Fonts. We were using our pen tools long before ithey were en vogue. For years, the only single-line font users out there, in fact, were us Pazzles owners. But it all truly started about 20 years ago, when I made some special single line fonts for use in a (now obsolete) software program with Pazzles personal cutting machines. ![]() Since then, I've added designs and fonts and it's grown exponentially. Single Line Fonts website was created in 2019 with an initial rollout of 5 fonts. ![]()
